"Not what I expected for a digestive supplement"
I tried one of their digestive supplements thinking it would help my stomach feel better, but it ended up doing the opposite for me. Both times I took it, even with food, I got bloating and cramps. I know everyone's body reacts differently, so maybe it works great for other people, but this really didn’t match what I was expecting. My stomach just wasn’t a fan, so I won’t be buying it again.

"Refund worked out, just took its sweet time"
I accidentally ordered the wrong supplement and started the return the next day. The website part was straightforward, so that was fine, but then I just sort of peacefully stared into the void for a few days waiting for a reply and the return label.
The refund did make it back to my card, so in the grand scheme of things, everything is totally okay. I just would’ve liked quicker updates instead of wondering what was happening. Not awful, not amazing, just very calmly mildly annoying.

"I’ll give Integrative Pro some credit..."
I’ll give Integrative Pro some credit, they do have a decent number of products that avoid common allergens like gluten and dairy, and most of the labels aren’t too hard to find.
That said, I still found myself clicking around more than I wanted just to feel sure about ingredients. It’s not a dealbreaker, and I’d probably use them again, but I do wish the allergen info was a little more right there and easier to trust at a glance.

I gave one of their supplements a try for a few weeks, and I’ll admit, it seemed promising at first. The packaging was nice and I figured maybe it would help. But i didn’t notice any improvement. If anything, my stomach felt a little more unsettled and I was tired most days. I stopped taking it and started feeling better after a while. Maybe it works great for some people, so I don’t want to totally knock it, but for me it ended up feeling like a waste of money and more stress than it was worth.

"Didn’t feel strong enough"
I tried this supplement for a few weeks, i didn’t really feel much of a difference. It seemed weak compared to others I’ve used before, so it ended up feeling like a waste for me. Also, the repeated verification stuff got annoying after a while, I felt like I kept having to confirm things over and over. Maybe it works better for other people, but I wouldn’t buy it again.

"Labels could be a bit clearer"
I ordered a supplement from Integrative Pro, and overall the experience was okay. The site was easy enough to use and shipping was fine, but the label information was a little confusing to me. Some ingredient amounts were listed clearly, while other parts seemed grouped together, so I wasn’t totally sure what I was actually getting. I’d feel better ordering again if the label details were more straightforward.

"Doctor recommended it, but I’m on the fence"
My doctor suggested I try this, and it’s been decent overall. Nothing bad to report, but I also can’t say it totally wowed me. The main thing I’d tell others is to compare prices before buying, because it does feel a bit expensive for what you get. If your doctor recommends it, it may be worth trying, but I’d shop around first.

"So my order arrived and right away..."
So my order arrived and right away I could tell the packaging wasn’t great — the box was super thin and already crushed. When I opened it, there was barely any packing material inside, so the bottles had just been bouncing around the whole time, I guess. One of the caps had come loose too, so there was powder all over everything, which was just frustrating to deal with. The product itself might be totally fine, I haven’t really gotten that far yet, but for the price, I really expected them to pack it with a little more care. Just felt kind of careless.

"Freshness was just kind of disappointing"
I ordered from integrativepro.com and it arrived in decent shape, so I’ll give them that. The seal was fine, nothing was damaged, and the product itself seems okay. But the freshness was just not what I was hoping for. The dates were closer than I expected, and that kind of bothered me. It still works okay, but I kept thinking it should’ve had more time left on it. I don’t love getting something that already feels a little too close to the date. Not terrible, but not great either. I just wish it had been fresher.

I kept checking back hoping they’d offer a decent discount, but nothing really showed up. The prices stayed high, and the promo codes I tried didn’t even work, which kind of makes you wonder why they advertise deals in the first place

"I was hoping there’d be a better..."
I was hoping there’d be a better range of products, but the selection felt really limited. A lot of the things I usually look for just weren’t there, so browsing ended up being kind of disappointing. I get that no store can carry everything, but it feels fair to expect a decent variety if customers are taking the time to shop there. Unless the selection improves, I probably wouldn’t go out of my way to come back.

The site does what it’s supposed to do, I’ll give it that. But sometimes I’m clicking around thinking, wait, wasn’t this just over here? It’s not broken or anything, just a little clunky to navigate. Like, I eventually find what I need, but it takes a few detours.

"Couldn’t get into my account"
I tried logging in several times, and for whatever reason my account just wouldn’t open. I thought maybe I was entering my password wrong, so I tried resetting it, but the email either didn’t come through or the link wouldn’t work when it did. I only needed to check on an order, so maybe I’m missing something obvious, but it ended up taking way longer than it should have. Support took a while to respond too, which made the whole thing frustrating.

I was really hopeful about this and the product seemed easy enough to use, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, I just didn’t feel any real difference after trying it, so it didn’t really do much for me. That said, everyone’s experience is different, and I do like that it was simple and not a hassle to work into my routine.

"Convenient subscription, but the setup is a bit of a clown show"
I do like being able to set my supplements to ship automatically so I don’t have to think about it. That part is genuinely handy. The subscription page isn’t terrible, but changing the dates had me clicking around like an idiot trying to find where everything was. The reminders are useful, but the whole management side feels a little half-baked. Not awful, just average.
